• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the bd bajer platform through denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised access attempts, or injection of malicious code.

bd bajer employs a dedicated risk and fraud team that monitors account activity, transaction patterns, and betting behaviour around the clock. Where suspicious activity is detected, bd bajer will conduct an investigation and may freeze the relevant account during that investigation period. Any funds found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

bd bajer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of underage gambling or provision of false age information.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under bd bajer's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (see inactivity policy below).

Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your bd bajer account voluntarily, you may contact our support team via on-site live chat at any time. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules; the resulting balance will then be processed for return.

• Loss of data or information.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Losses arising from delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladeshi bank.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy of odds and game outcomes, bd bajer does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.

Nothing in these terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

bd bajer may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including changes to the services offered, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, or improvements to the clarity and comprehensiveness of the document.
